Opportunity Scores are determined using monthly search volume, estimated difficulty score, CPC, and existing ranking positions. The Keyword Roadmap looks at both your keywords and your competitor’s keywords. For high Opportunity Score competitor keywords, you should create net new content that focuses on that keyword. For keywords on your site that have a high Opportunity Score, you should optimize your existing content to rank higher.
